I wish every dealer offered and followed through with Porsche of Tysons Corner’s level of service as a Team. I was quite impressed with the cohesiveness of the Team during each step of the way. Yes, it is Porsche. I had a chance to see another Porsche dealer (closer to my home), today. They have a nice fancy new building, but not the same level of service. I probably will return there for a service appointment or two to reevaluate the experience. I believe their construction (on their own building and all around them) has stifled their business. With that being said, their level of customer service should have been stellar. I did not want to critique them on my first visit. It was hard to not notice the difference. Team Porsche of Tysons Corner are top notch in customer service and have some good people in the right positions. I would not change one second of my Experience. You guys nailed it! This is my first Porsche and Team Tysons has sold me on the Brand (Porsche), the High Level of Customer Service, and Renewed Driving Experience. All brands talk about it...here is a dealership that actually DELIVERS! More
