However aside from my annual service, when I set up the appointment, I told the person I had a recall notice I wanted addressed as well. When I show up for my appointment, I was told they didn’t have the necessary parts. The service advisor, Manny, said that maybe they were in stock when I made the appointment about a week earlier. Manny didn’t make the appointment but if the parts were there they should have been set aside for my visit. If they weren’t available when I made the appointment I should have been told and I would have simply scheduled for s later date. Now I have to waste time on a second visit. More
