Pat was very patient and understanding with all my questions as well as when I spent time looking over the car. He made me feel very comfortable with the pace of the purchase with no pressure. He went above and beyond by walking us around and showing us the service facilities and dealership premises. It was refreshing to see the pride in the dealership and brand as well as that nothing seemed hidden from the buyer. Pat was very responsive with follow-up phone calls and email as needed, and remembered and followed through on any of my requests. The rest of the Porsche of Tysons staff that I dealt with were also great. Mitch Sirota who handled the financial side, was also professional and personable. Mitch also kept the pace of things comfortable without pushing any unnecessary or unneeded extras. Pat Driscoll is the epitome of the sales associte that anyone could hope for. He led me through the long process (no fault of his-supply chain roadblocks) with patience, knowledge, and encouragement.
