Kley Garcia was our sales man and he was good, he was friendly and responsive, it wasn't till we met the finance guy Mitchell, that our experience suddenly changed. We already had financing through ou friendly and responsive, it wasn't till we met the finance guy Mitchell, that our experience suddenly changed. We already had financing through our bank and had a down payment ready, but for some reason he was concerned about the check, and wanted it delivered to us instead of the dealership. He also wanted to verify that we had financing for the vehicle, almost like he didn't believe us on the terms of our loan since he couldn't get us a lower rate than our bank got for us. Mitchell explained that they can not accept a wire at this dealership, we got the bank on the phone in his office to arrange the over night delivery of the check since our bank is not local, this man was raising his voice and talking very condescending to our bank representative (Jenna), she was very kind and patient with him, my husband almost got up and left, I could tell my husband was very uncomfortable, as was I. Then our bank representative was giving Mitchell instructions for the document they needed to release the check and told him that he needed to list our bank as the lien holder, he was then raising his voice at her and asking her to repeat what she said several times, she was very clear, my husband and I had no problems understanding her, it was just a very uncomfortable and unfortunate call that we felt we had to later called back and apologized for the way Mitchell spoke to her. We asked if we where supposed to pay the down payment that day or when the check arrived and Mitchell said seeming annoyed with us, "you have to pay it now or we will sell your car to someone else, and you can't take the car until we get our check." What makes it all a bit worse, is I have sent this and more details of the experience to the dealer since they asked for our feedback and they have not responded at. Very unprofessional and we will not be buying another vehicle from this dealership. More

The rest of the story is, I took delivery on the final day of 2022 and have loved every minute behind the wheel since.
