Pricing was fair, flexible and completely transparent. Product knowledge of both was exceptional and they created a shared excitement around the purchase. When it came to the finance, their knowledge of the possibilities and facility with the numbers was equally impressive. Leila in finance was exceptionally efficient, but walked through the transaction with great detail. She had an endless smile and humored me to achieve an even number on the payment! Great experience - way beyond what any reasonable person could even expect. All 3 treated this transaction as if they were actually on the buying side - great owner mentality! More
