I called multiple times for an update on my car and no one would answer or got transferred to voicemails that were full or never called back. This was stressful as I needed to pick up my car before work a one would answer or got transferred to voicemails that were full or never called back. I called a noon for update and care was still not done. Representative said he will call me with update which he never did, and that’s how my whole phone call tag started. Please work on your customer service as it was unacceptable what happened yesterday. More
