I would have rated my dealership experience 5=excellent had they remembered to provide the complementary vehicle wash after service. Once I asked, if that was a service that Porsche provided, my vehicle wa had they remembered to provide the complementary vehicle wash after service. Porsche Of New Orleans caused my 718 to have catastrophic engine failure. My car has been in the shop seven of the last 12 months, including the last month being in my own personal garage because they will n engine failure. Could not get Mr Bates to return my calls. The service cost almost $3000 listed for a Cayenne V8 although my car is a Macan V6. Service completed in a decent amount of time. Service advisor(s) are not well versed on what is actually done during a PDK service. Hospitality was awesome!
