We bought our Boxster there and have had all service there. After a year the top would not close into the drip edge as it would when new. We took it to them and they adjusted the top so it worked. After some time elapsed, it began not to align again and they adjusted it again so it closed properly. After a few days it began to close improperly again. We called them and the service manager, Raymon Sampat, oferred to replace the entire top. We took the car in and he loaned us his personal Porsche. They replaced the top and now it has been working so far, but the top material has a few wrinkles in it and one bulge. We are only a week or so away from the end of our warranty, so we wrote Porsche in keeping with the warranty requirements. We are waiting to see what happens. More
