Linda in Service handled every one of the issues with my Cayenne S, along with dealing with the warranty company without me experiencing any headaches at all. She communicated along every step of the way, explaining exactly what was being done along with any issues that they encountered. She provided me with a brand new Macan as a loaner car as well. The technicians who worked on my car were outstanding as well, and were able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all issues at hand.
