Nissan’s online system was down which delayed key cutting and programming. This would have been a big issue if a rental had not been provided. However, upon returning rental, I was charged one day out of the week of having it which I hadn’t realized would happen, since under normal circumstances, I would not have needed the rental if the system wasn’t down. I received a call from Jason to explain the nature of the charge who told me “it’s not my system”, although he does in fact work for Nissan and represent the company, when I relayed the information I stated above. He also told me “he wasn’t the one who lost my key”, although I never mentioned having any issue paying for the key replacement, only the rental. Jason then told me he would reimburse me for the rental, although I haven’t received this payment yet (it has only been a couple days). Altogether, poor customer service from Jason and I probably won’t return if I have the option to go to any other Nissan. More

Once at the dealership my sales person was very helpful and informative on what I can anted for options & price. Everything I asked for and wanted to change we worked it out on price and accessories. In the end was a great experience! I would recommend PortCity to anyone looking for a Nissan . More

These are cars that sell in relatively small numbers, so a salesperson with Kip's level of expertise and enthusiasm needs to be an enthusiast about the future of mobility and environmental sustainability. Every communication with Kip informative, accurate, and highly effective at helping us find the exact car we wanted in the quickest possible time. The financing deals and basic back office sales process was also quite good, though we never enjoy the extensive offers of extra insurance products we are quite sure we do not want after checking with our insurer and researching them through consumer reports and other independent experts. As for service, we are coming from a slightly higher touch dealership (BMW) and appreciate the solid work done but were slightly disappointed to find our vehicle prepped for pickup on final sale to have the charging cable loosely thrown in the back (instead of put away in its bag) and some truly miniscule signs of test driving out of sync with the new car smell. Importantly, we understood our vehicle had just the day before been on display at a car show and had been gently demoed for some months. In the end, we were much more interested in the great deal than truly minor quibbles about the prep. Not to mention we showed up late on a Monday and negotiations, credit processing, insurance, and getting the car ready were all done that same afternoon. Many dealerships would have said come back the next day to pick up your car, but not Kip and his hard working colleagues. We strongly recommend Kip and the Port City Nissan dealership. More

On July 30th I had a 1 pm appointment for an oil &filter change a I have been a loyal customer getting my pathfinders services there for many years. On July 30th I had a 1 pm appointment for an oil &filter change and tire rotation. I was 17 minutes late, I apologized for being late and that I could rescheduled. They said there would be no problem. I went to the waiting area and was surprised that the car was serviced before 2pm. When paying for the services I asked if my car was washed, she responded she didn’t know and that was all that was said. When I got to my car I realized it hadn’t been washed. Car washing is part of your service and as I sat in the waiting area listening to other people being told their car was washed or do you have time for a car wash? I've always had my car washed.... It made me feel like I was being punished for being late. Was I ?? More
