Oil change, tires rotated I gave my rating based on customer service and price. I had recieved a coupon for a 19.99$ oil change and 15% off any service. The gentleman who helped me was new and extremely friendly, however the person I had spoke to over the phone didn't bother to acknowledge me or even stand from his desk. I found that offputting. I had a leak in my tire which turned out to be a 60$ o-ring! So once I paid I assumed I would receive both discounts. It was not the case. The guy who helped me out was great but seemed like he could have used some training. Customer service is everything to me. I have to rate this experience a 3 because I paid 200$ after the discount was given, the guy who could not be bothered to say hello when I walked in was a little arrogant. I have dealt with Jason in my past visit and he went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of. I highly recommend him for service needs as well as the newest employee with red hair. I would watch the price promises.. car is running pretty well over all. More
