Paid $69 to have my trunk unlocked on a Mirano Convertible. Your lot attendant could have pointed out the key hole really quickly. It was out of normal sight. Not sure how the situation was caused. I even asked them to check something not related to my oil and they said no problem and didn't charge for checking. Also, I asked how much it would be and they said they could offer me a coupon. That coupon deducted 23$. The lounge is the best I've seen in a long time with muffins, snacks, water and coffee and even treats for your furry friends! I did think that they would vacuum the vehicle as a complimentary service (other places do that) but overall great experience! Thank you :) More
