Solid Service Dropped my car off for oil.change and detailing. Super easy drop off and pick up. Car was so clean. Not cool! Can't recall who I spoke to but "Jeff" comes to mind. Anyhow it didn't ruin the experience but don't argue with a customer! Geesh! Will be back again. I agreed to pick the vehicle up on the way out of state for vacation with my family and my mother, I didn’t want to jump through hoops. My wife and I came in signed about 10 papers and it was done. They were ready and waiting for me. The vehicle was washed and detailed. I asked them to fill up the fuel tank and it was a little better than half full. Only reason why I gave 4 stars. It is a 32 gallon tank! I’m not complaining. Charlie and Mike were accommodating and friendly, no pressure. Eric I negotiated the deal with me on the phone on the Fourth of July. The dealership was closed! More
