Misleading cost We are flabbergasted from an experience we just had at the Port City Nissan service department. We just purchased a used Nissan (from a different loca We are flabbergasted from an experience we just had at the Port City Nissan service department. We just purchased a used Nissan (from a different location) and it only came with one key/fob. We went in to purchase another and were told it would be $69. We thought that was pricy, but we need a second key so we went ahead and waited 45 minutes for them to cut/program they key. When we went to go pay for it, the price was now $222.54!!! What?? Yes, the $69 was just for labor. Why quote us $69 if that wasn’t the whole cost!? Hard pill to swallow. The guy from service just walked away. The very nice women at the cashier’s desk took it down to $200 for the miscommunication. Nice of them, but it wasn’t the $69 we expected and ok’ed. We’ll go miles out of our way to avoid this service department. More

Horrible, unsafe Oil change & tire rotation "road trip special" . They released my car to me and I discovered 100+ harrowing miles later that two of my tires weren’t e Oil change & tire rotation "road trip special" . Gave me $100 service credit (as if I’ll ever go back) and refunded the $40 service for my “inconvenience” ..... attitude from the manager and clerk. I would never return here, and i purchased my last 2 cars here too. Shame. More

I told Justin that I just had Hip surgery and would not be able to go to the dealership at this time. Justin offered to bring the vehicle to us. My wife and I loved the car at first site, it had more bells and whistles then our old lease car, and had a lower monthly payment. All the paper work,and vehicle transfers was completed at my home. You can't ask for better service then that. My wife and I are very thankful to Justin Dostie. More

Looking to trade in I went to PortCity Nissan looking to trade in my vehicle and was pleasantly surprised with the trade in special they had going. Justin was super helpful in showing me a few options and pointed out an option to lease a 2018 at a way lower rate then a used and much older car would have been. Justin also pointed out the lease program they have would be beneficial (saving $$) over time if I continued to lease once the term was up. Overall my experience was great, my husband and I were offered coffee/water and snacks while we waited and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. More
