Service department does not go above and routine appointment I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. While there, I noticed their website showed a coupon for 39.95 for the service. When I went to see the service writer Jason to make sure that's what he was applying he said no because I didn't ask for it. So he would have let me spend 80 dollars because I didn't present it. I truly believe that God customer's service will increase your business and a good service writer would have presented it to me at my arrival. It's like going to McDonald's and ordering a Big Mac large fry and drink and then not giving me the combo price. Totally uncalled for. On another note, I reported at the time of service a piece of foam sticking out between my Dash in my windshield. Jason advise me they seen that and they usually just cut it out and told me they would take care of it but they didn't. I also reported to them that my seat was loose and at the end of the service they told me it wasn't then I had to go back and show the service manager that it was indeed loose. The service manager then said he would have to take a look at another vehicle to compare it to see if if it's loose but couldn't do it at the moment cuz they were busy closing their books for the end of the month instead of helping the customer out. So I took the initiative myself and a Salesman gladly help me find a comprable car. My seat wasn't fact lose compared to the newcomer will car and the salesman went out of his way to get the general manager to help me out with my situation. There is more to this story but I'll leave it at that as of right now the general manager is supposed to be helping me out with my seat so we will see what happens. More
