My wife and I just purchased a Used Honda CRV through Port City Nissan. Everyone we encountered was very professional. Almost all of my interaction was with Jeremy Brocato. Jeremy had excellent customer service skills and worked really hard to address all of my concerns and questions. He made himself overly available by allowing me to text him with questions and by also making himself available on his days off. Although we were specifically shopping for a Honda, Jeremy did an excellent job adapting to our specific needs. After viewing the car and getting an appraisal on my trade-in value, Casey Goodson offered me a price on the car. I told Casey that I would have to talk to my wife about the offer. I contacted Jeremy a few days later and offered to buy the car for $412 less than Casey's initial offer. I then went to the dealership to test drive the Honda CRV for a few hours. When I returned, I told Jeremy that I would buy the car on the spot (check in hand with no financing) for $412 less than Casey's initial offer. After he talked with Casey, Jeremy told me that Casey would not accept my offer. I then told Jeremy that I appreciated all of his help and hard work, but that I would not be able to purchase the car. When I went out in the parking lot, Casey was standing by my car. He told me that he was sorry that we were $400 off. I then got in my car and left the dealership. At this point I was completely content with not buying this car. From a personal standpoint, I visited the dealership 3 times in the attempt to purchase the car. I was given one initial offer by Casey, yet he would not entertain accepting my offer for $412 less than his initial offer. The car that I was willing to purchase was traded in on January 30th. This Honda was sitting on a Nissan lot for 45 days. To me it was extremely surprising that a sales manager would let a sale walk over $412. About 45 minutes later, I returned to the dealership and purchased the car for Casey's initial offer. We purchased a Honda CRV because we really like the car. We purchased a Honda CRV from Port City Nissan because of Jeremy Brocato. Jeremy's exceptional customer service and dedication made up for Casey's shortcomings. If Jeremy was just an average salesman, I know I would not have purchased a car from Port City Nissan because of Casey Goodson. As a one-income family, we were willing to buy the car with cash for $412 less than Casey's initial offer. For us, paying the extra $412 requires a huge sacrifice, yet to a dealership it's nothing. Thank you to Jeremy for all your hard work, we will gladly recommend this dealership because of him. I would also like to give a special "Thank You" to Dave Wing. Although I did not work directly with him, he also had excellent customer service. Finally....if you read Casey's profile, I hope you now understand why he can go out and get ice cream 3 days a week. I have been dealing with Port City Nissan for the past 13years.(2- Xterrra's and 3- Altima's) When you walk in the door it is like old home week.The sales team gives a 110%,I enjoy it so much that my kids 13years.(2- Xterrra's and 3- Altima's) When you walk in the door it is like old home week.The sales team gives a 110%,I enjoy it so much that my kids have both purchased a car and truck through them. Over the years things have become much easier mainly the streamlining on the finance side. When this lease is up I will definately go back for my next adventure in car shopping. My new favorite sales guy is Dan(who made me feel Iike I have known him all of my life), my new finance guru Eric who makes the finance end so smooth, and last but not least Casey and Kevin whom we give so much grieF to. When service time rolls around it's back to the sales department to check in and say Hi. More

I went in to Port City on whim. At first the interaction went well and I left the dealership confident in my dealings. My first interaction seemed to be the only good interaction for the rest of the coming week until I took delivery of my vehicle. The deal required a lot of effort on my part, constant calls in. There was no follow-up on the part of the dealership. I felt like I had to nag them to get any information. Brian Snow pushed for me to go higher than I was comfortable on my payment. There were two good parts of my sale. Even though Brian pushed me to go higher on my payment, he eventually relented and understood that I would not go higher, and then he made the deal work on my terms. He was able to get me financed even though I have fairly poor credit and with little money down. Jeremy Brocato was extremely easy to work with a s a sales agent. He was laidback, patient, and answered all of my questions. He even arranged for me to take the car to an independent mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. The independent mechanic recommended that the front rotors be replaced or resurfaced. The dealer declined to do either prior to my purchasing the vehicle. The mechanic recommended that the restinator on the exhaust be repaired or replaced, and again the dealer declined to do either prior to purchase. The mechanic found a dead bird in the bottom part of the grill of my vehicle, and the dealer did have that removed prior to purchase. Delivery went smoothly, for the most part. I signed some paperwork out in the showroom, where there is absolutely no privacy between the desks for customers. But otherwise, I was in and out of the dealership on delivery day within a couple of hours. I purchased a Nissan Certified Pre-owned vehicle, and the dealership tried to suggest that other Nissan dealers might not be able to service my vehicle for warranty repairs. A few days after my purchase, I went to a Nissan dealership nearer to where I live, and they said they would definitely be able to service my Nissan in the future. Overall, I would NOT recommend this dealership to any of my family and friends. This was one of the most difficult deals I have ever been through. I felt like they tried to be deceptive. I felt pressured and stressed throughout the week, and could not feel excited about my purchase until I was driving the car off the lot after the deal was done. More
What a wonderful car buying experience! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I especially enjoyed working with Dan Sharp,WHAT A HOOT! I presented many challenges to Dan and really wasn't sure I would be able to purchase the car I fell in love with, but he made it happen! I found them to be friendly, they weren't high pressure and they were prompt. I bought a second vehicle there several months after the first, went with Nissan and them over Toyota, since their customer ser and they were prompt. They need to work on how they assist customers who come with outside financing... the last minute paperwork was a little confusing but they worked it out and I was able to leave with the car.
