Automobile ride comparison & purchase I arrived to just do a ride comparison between several used vehicles. I wasn't really ready to purchase a specific vehicle. But, after test-driving some vehicles, I asked the sales manager what his bottom dollar was for one of the test-driven vehicles I liked. He surprisingly came back with a dollar amount that was well under the value of what I researched for that particular vehicle. Very friendly sales staff. Disorganized disaster Seemed to be little communication between service managers and mechanics, had recall work that needed to be done, they said the parts were vin # speci Seemed to be little communication between service managers and mechanics, had recall work that needed to be done, they said the parts were vin # specific, called me said that the parts were in, I set up an appt. went to get the work done and the parts were lost or used in a different vehicle (how is this possible if they are vin# specific?) Then had to reorder the parts and set up another appt. During all this there was a consistent problem of matching up my name with my vehicle model almost as if when I gave the service manager my name they would just start to guess what make and model of vehicle I had. So I got disgusted and set up an appt. with a different dealership. In the future I will do everything possible to avoid going there again. More
