Not sure issue was resolved Since I purchased my 2018 Fusion in Sept., 2018, I've had 2 issues. The touch screen on the dash 'froze' and there is a screeching noise associated t Since I purchased my 2018 Fusion in Sept., 2018, I've had 2 issues. The touch screen on the dash 'froze' and there is a screeching noise associated to the wiper arms. I had the car in 2-25, the service dept took the wiper arms off and lubricated the gears. What happens when the lubricant deteriorates? What happens if this problem continues after the warranty expires? Has anyone contacted Ford about this issue? I haven't had a reason to use the wiper blades since I had the car into the shop. But, will certainly be a thorn in the service department's side if this noise continues to come back. More

Interesting First I was preapproved from Ford and so I selected a suv test drove it loved the sales guy and loved the suv. Than all if a sudden I am not preapproved according to finance guy. Could only offer high interest rate as a last resort. Walked awsy pretty bummed out. Than walla the salesman called next morning an a miracle happened. The finance lady reviewed my information. She was able to get excellent financing and rebate for me. I could have hugged her. Bottom line I received a good deal in a very nice suv and good not be happier with Brandon Yeager for being so insistent and following they on financing. Thank you Brandon and finance lady. More
