Great experience I had been looking for the new vehicle I wanted for some time. Most dealerships play games to get you into the dealership after looking at online list I had been looking for the new vehicle I wanted for some time. From initial contact all the way to vehicle delivery, Collin was honest, transparent, friendly and knowledgeable. I can tell you from my experience, that is not the norm with other dealers. 2018 Fusion - touch sreen froze/wiper blades screech Mark in Service tried his best to address the wiper blade screeching issue - he thinks (after my 2nd trip to service) that the arm blade is rubbing on Mark in Service tried his best to address the wiper blade screeching issue - he thinks (after my 2nd trip to service) that the arm blade is rubbing on the plastic cover at the bottom of the windshield. So, I might be getting a new 'cover'. As to the touch screen issue, with less than 2500 miles, it froze. The technician that looked into this asked me if I had a home computer. HMMMM, he asked what I did when my computer froze, I answered that I did a reboot. He told me that's what I should do when this happens. Guess what - I bought a brand new 2018 Fusion in September, have less than 2500 miles on it, and I'm to "REBOOT" my car by pulling over, shutting off the car, and hope the touch screen works????? So, I will continue to take my 2018 Fusion back to service for any issue. More
