On time and professional I was contacted by the dealership for a recall service. When I advised the caller that I also had a prepaod service oending he was willing to schedul I was contacted by the dealership for a recall service. When I advised the caller that I also had a prepaod service oending he was willing to schedule me in for the next business day, first thing in the morning. When I arrived, I was told there would be a 3-4 hour turnaround, which I expected. I was offered a loaner car, which I declined. I returned 4 hours later to find service wrapping up the final details. In all I am very pleased they were able to schedule both services so quickly and they delivered my vehicle within the stated time frame. Great job everyone! More

Very Positive Experience We walked into the Portage dealership at the very beginning of our search. We had no idea if we would find anything that would fit our search criteri We walked into the Portage dealership at the very beginning of our search. We had no idea if we would find anything that would fit our search criteria let alone find something that we would end up purchasing. The Sales staff that we talked with ended up showing us several vehicles that day, hoping that they could help us find what we were looking for. In the end the last vehicle that they found we ended up purchasing. Knowledgeable, patient, eager to answer questions and they were very friendly, helpful and went beyond what they had to in order to give us a positive outcome.
