Mark went above & beyond for recall repair!! The linkage cable bushing broke and fell off., leaving me unable to shift my Ford Fusion out of park. I had it towed to Portage Ford where it was conf The linkage cable bushing broke and fell off., leaving me unable to shift my Ford Fusion out of park. I had it towed to Portage Ford where it was confirmed that this repair shoukd be covered under a new recall. Unfortunately the part was not available for several weeks and i was going to have to pay $400÷ to get a pre-recall cable installed. Mark spent 3 days tracking down a post recall part for me so it was covered. He went above and beyond!! Greatly appreciated his efforts and excellent service. Very impressive!! More
