When I got my service bill I stated that I would have to go to my bank and get a check. which was only a couple of blocks away. I was told that I would be required to leave my drivers license with them if I wanted to take my car to the bank, which was a couple blocks away. If I had been a new customer or had not paid promptly for past service received I could understand.. Being a lifelong resident of Portage with excellent credit rating, I was disappointed with your policy I have since discussed my experience I had with my friends ,they were very surprised. They have all agreed that they to would hesitate in doing business with your business. More
