My husband and I bought a 2013 Ford f150 from portage ford back in Nov 2023. The night we got it home the check engine light came on. Long story short, it was in the shop 4 times in the first three month ford back in Nov 2023. The night we got it home the check engine light came on. Long story short, it was in the shop 4 times in the first three months we owned it. We literally drove a loaner vehicle more in that 3 mo than we drove our truck. By the time they finally figured out the problem (which they should have caught the first time they changed the oil before even selling the truck) there was $9k worth of repairs done and they literally had to tear the engine apart to fix it. We had a four page part list when we got it back the last time! Thank God it was under warranty. We will never buy a vehicle from them again. More
