I called and asked for a trade in offer for my vehicle. Was given a number. Called back to verify number was a trade in number. Was told yes. Then the hidden costs added onto the vehicle for anti theft, government fees (was never told exactly what this was). It was a 15 year old vehicle that had no reason to have a $400 'anti theft sticker' charge that wouldn't be removed. I have had poor experiences previously here and was even hesitant to go back.
