Took my Daughters car in on Friday because the car was not starting with the key but started with the remote start was told it may or may not be the key so they cut a new key and almost $400 later the sai not starting with the key but started with the remote start was told it may or may not be the key so they cut a new key and almost $400 later the said its not the key ,Then they said it must be the WCM module that reads the key and that will be another $480 said i was going to leave and get my credit card from home and call with the number so they could order the part ,go to leave and now my remote start doesn't work , so i had to leave it there and get a ride home , they said it would be done Monday got a call Monday morning and said will be done Tuesday ,Tuesday came payed the $480 bill over the phone and picked up the car after hours Tuesday night , I started and moved the car about 2 feet and the car chime came on now the tire lite is on ,got out to look at the tires at the Kwik Trip across the street and the out side of the car is full of greasy hand prints from the front fender all the way to the rear spoiler ,the tire pressures are good ,, call that night left a message with the receptionist on what was going on and she said i would get a call back in the morning ,i still have not gotten a call back , so i paid almost $900 to have my car start but ,the remote start is not working ,tire lite on,and greasy hand prints all over the drivers side of the car and a $400 spare key that i really did not need. More
Labor rates are atrocious compared to what the techs actually make. Only reason I went there is because Adam Heiser worked on my Jeep. The WORST is the markup on parts. The part I needed came from Autozone, not even a Chrysler part. I could have gotten the part for $100 bucks but was charged $250. Guess that’s what the billionaire owner wants. To line his pockets more. If it wasn’t for the fact that Adam is a Jeep genius, I would go elsewhere. More
