Bad customer service This is the worst service I have had. I usually go to my dealer but for the sake of time I went closer to.my home. Check in was fine my oil got change This is the worst service I have had. I usually go to my dealer but for the sake of time I went closer to.my home. Check in was fine my oil got changed but I was quoted 55.95 and at the end I paid 101 dollars. I have changed my own oil for cheaper then 55 dollars but I dont have to tools a this point in time. Then to tell me.it was going to be more she came in and said you have to be careful with those Volkswegans they will get you in a snooty voice. More

Shannon is Amazing and helped when I needed it most! I have been in a bit of a financial slump for a lil bit now, and I work in Madison at fed-ex and live in Pardeeville. Well needless to say those roads when it is snowing wind blowing freezing temps really stuck! I have snow tires I have been mounting on my stock rims in winter every year. Well this time I just couldn't afford to have them put on. And this year winter weather came way earlier than what I expected. With that being said she is related to a great family friend and they both came up with a solution to get my tires mounted balanced and put back on my car! It took about an hour and then I felt safe on the roads again! Thank you shannon for all you did it means so much to my family and I! More
