Bad customer service This is the worst service I have had. I usually go to my dealer but for the sake of time I went closer to.my home. Shannon is Amazing and helped when I needed it most! I have been in a bit of a financial slump for a lil bit now, and I work in Madison at fed-ex and live in Pardeeville. Well needless to say those roads when it is snowing wind blowing freezing temps really stuck! I have snow tires I have been mounting on my stock rims in winter every year. Well this time I just couldn't afford to have them put on. And this year winter weather came way earlier than what I expected. With that being said she is related to a great family friend and they both came up with a solution to get my tires mounted balanced and put back on my car! It took about an hour and then I felt safe on the roads again! Thank you shannon for all you did it means so much to my family and I! More
