too long tech advised of oil leak after 1st oil change. arrangement were made for a loaner car so that it could be evaluated and fixed. Was advised that the leak was located and part would be ordered, taking 3 days. It took 17 days to get my Jeep back. I called 2 times asking about the progress. 1st time the part was here and was being worked on. The 2nd time I was told that it was still on the hoist and that there is only one tech that can work on it and he keeps getting pulled away from my repair. One tech only? Seems kinda crazy that my Jeep was pushed to the side for other repairs. Not happy that I had to wait so long for my "under warranty" repair to be made. More

Honest I had taken my truck for an inspection somewhere before my visit to portage for and was screwed over price wise and the inspection it self.
