Lengthy but thankful I arrived in Portage on a Friday afternoon about 3 from out of state (7hour drive) and my van was loosing antifreeze. After having family look it over I arrived in Portage on a Friday afternoon about 3 from out of state (7hour drive) and my van was loosing antifreeze. After having family look it over they called and got me in on Saturday. Once I arrived the guy told me he didn’t think he could get me in but would talk to his technician. They got me in. Almost 5 long hours of sitting there waiting it was finally done. Yes I’m upset I had to wait that long but thankful to get in on such short notice and from being out of state. Drove home on Sunday with no problems. The technician even wrote out what was fixed and what else needed to be fixed in the future so my husband knew. More

Highly recommend especially for those emergency situations On Friday, Sept. 6th I broke down by the Kalahari. I was in town for our fall booking show until Monday. I assumed it was the alternator. Anyway, On Friday, Sept. 6th I broke down by the Kalahari. I was in town for our fall booking show until Monday. I assumed it was the alternator. Anyway, after finding a great towing company the car was towed 30 minutes away to your dealership. This was approx. 10 a.m. everyone was accommodating, Shannon arranged a loaner and I was back to my function by 11 a.m. I received a call around 4ish my car was ready for pick-up. Oil change - I came for an oil change and it took almost 2 hours . That’s a long time for a oil change. I also got a tire rotation.
