But as I was in the dealership that day..actually for a few hours throughout the day, no one else bothered to say hello or even smile as I was shopping for my car. It seemed as if no one would speak to me unless they had to with the exception of Wayne. He is the only one I would recommend any of my friends or family to see over there. If it were not for him I would have walked away a took my business elsewhere. I'm only giving somewhat of a good rating because Wayne made sure I was taken care of. More
