Porter Is Fine I purchased 2000 and 2014 Hyundai Accents from this dealer and they are fine-I keep returning. This time it was a 2016 Elantra GT which seems great so I purchased 2000 and 2014 Hyundai Accents from this dealer and they are fine-I keep returning. Worse experience ever It took my mother and I four days in total to completely lease my vehicle. The first visit, I was quoted a preposterous price and a number that was co It took my mother and I four days in total to completely lease my vehicle. The first visit, I was quoted a preposterous price and a number that was completly off the boards. The second visit took three days to complete in total. I went to pick up my vehicle the second day and it was NOT ready because of a recall in the air conditioning part of the car. I had to go back to Porter Hyundai the next day, with limited time and then pick up my vehicle which did not have a full tank of gas. Additionally, there was a clerical error on my lease which lead to having to sign a new lease. The salesman was expecting me to come to Porter Hyundai for the FIFTH time to complete this assignment. I was in the middle of moving from three hours away and was expected to complete this task when the error was NOT on my part. My family and I have had three previous leases through Porter and we will NOT be returning. This was the absolute most unprofessional experience I have had with a car dealer. Porter Hyundai is going down the drain, their services have declined extremely. Overly dissapointed with their workers and all that was involved with my purchase. More
