Not a friendly welcome when arriving. Im a cancer patient who lost my hair. I guess that is why the older gentleman called me a sir when I arrived. Then ignored by everyone when checking for service for 10 minutes was infuriating. Acknowledge me! Im disappointed all my emails and texts where ignored. Im pissed off my tires weren't rotated because some guy decided not to because my car with only 20k miles on it needs new tires already according to him. A tire rotation reduced my bill by $40. That's outrageous for a rotation. I don't think I'll be going back to this location again. Im not happy that hyundai is giving new car purchases free bluelink as long as they own the car. Hyundai customer seriously for long time loyal customers has gone down hill. More
The Dealer’s service rep was responsive and accommodating on schedule. He was understanding as to the nature of my problem and made a senior mechanic available for a road test to assist in diagnosing the pro on schedule. Once the problem was identified, the service rep moved rapidly to get the repair approved, order parts and schedule the work. I could not have asked for more. More

Went in for oil change and tire rotation, had air filter replaced, dropped off vehicle and within 2 hrs vehicle was ready for pick up. All was good replaced, dropped off vehicle and within 2 hrs vehicle was ready for pick up. All was good More
