Excellent Customer Service I have always been happy with the customer service and quality of work performed at Porter Nissan. Sometimes, through no fault of their own, I get fr I have always been happy with the customer service and quality of work performed at Porter Nissan. Sometimes, through no fault of their own, I get frustrated with Nissan USA and their policies but Porter Nissan has always tried to work with me and satisfy my concerns. In this case, I had been complaining for some time about spongy brake pedals and the problem was not readily located. Unfortunately, by the time the problem was finally figured out, my vehicle was out of the Nissan warranty and had to be covered by the extended warranty. I would have preferred to have Nissan pick up the cost of the repair (the deductible I had to pay) but it wasn't to be. Doug Ferguson worked tirelessly with us to ensure that we were satisfied that the repair was completed properly. More
