I said I would do it. so I drove to volvo on a saturday afternoon, had the pleasure of working with Ralph D'Angelo and Matt Anderson, and at the end of the day drove the car, the pre-owned nifty volvo v60 home! it could not have been easier, it could not have been more pleasant - everyone at this dealership was fantastic, professional, dedicated to getting us in the right car and making the trade happen that day. no angst, no dickering... good questions and conversation and a fabulous car at the end of the day. I stopped by again the following Saturday and he was again helpful right form the start. He went on test drives with me and answered all my questions. I even bonked him on the head with the automatic headrests while trying to work the seat heater, and he handled it like a champ! He mentioned a couple of times that we deserved a luxury experience and I truly feel we got that! The customer service was above expectations. Before I popped in that first Friday afternoon, I was nearly 100% sure I was buying another Lexus RX350. After my experience with Ralph at Portland Volvo, the decision became very clear.
