I went to Portland VOlvo because I had heard good things about the dealership. I must say that my experience there was wonderful. Ralph D'Angelo was my sales person and he was outstanding!! It was clearly evident to me that I was in a dealership that cared about the customer and their customer service skills were exempelary. I have not owned a Volvo before but my experience with POrtland Volvo has now converted me to a Volvo owner. I have told my friends about Portland Volvo and Ralph D'Angelo and what a pleasure it was to work with them and what a great new car I own! More

I bought a car from these guys while living in CT...took the bus to Portland, Scott picked me up in the car. We spent as long as we wanted to going over the car, and Scott was very helpful and knowledgable the bus to Portland, Scott picked me up in the car. In less then 15 minutes we were back on the road with our new car and a full tank of gas. It was the best of my 3 out of state car buying experiences I've had. Prompt response to internet inquiry by Scott resulted in a trip to Portland Volvo the following day. We were met by Scott at the appointed time and then met Ralph and test drove 2 vehicles. The only issue was that the vehicle was out of alignment and had to be brought back the next week for an alignment. Therefore I gave quality of work a 4 out of 5.
