I drove my 2011 Saab for 3 hours to there dealership to have a second fob programmed . It ended up having to take longer than expected because of unexpected complications. They did not want me to have to d have a second fob programmed . It ended up having to take longer than expected because of unexpected complications. They did not want me to have to drive home and back again. They provided me with a loaner to get home. The next day they provided a driver to bring my Saab to me, fob programmed, and picked up the loaner car. I quite honestly, was shocked and very great full. More
