Great fast service! We needed a new battery. AAA the day before wouldn't do a new battery. It was starting very slow and took several attempts to start our truck. We wen We needed a new battery. AAA the day before wouldn't do a new battery. It was starting very slow and took several attempts to start our truck. We went to Portsmouth Chevy the next day, told them our troubles and the service petson, Jenna Cole, got right on it. Due to an upcoming trip to visit our little granddaughter in NY and an upcoming surgical appointment for my husband we didn't have any time for future appointments for a battery. Jenna knew what to do! She made sure a proper battery was available and that a service tech was available to install it. She got our truck right in and soon the new battery was happily starting our truck. We can now tow our camper to NY to visit our granddaughter for her birthday and safely get my husband to his surgical appointment right after that. Thank you to Jenna and all of the other staff and service people who made this an awesome trouble free service to our truck. And...everyone here was smiling!! The whole time we were there!!! We've made an oil change appointment for a couple weeks out and will also have the service tech check our Sirius XM Radio. It seems to have a mind of its own...changing channels, putting the map up when it wants to, just acting very weird. Thank you to all who made this work for us!!! More
