Terrific deal on used Ford C-Max Energi We got a used Ford C-Max Energi at PortKia. The price was $thousands lower than any other option for hundreds of miles, even though the car is in spot We got a used Ford C-Max Energi at PortKia. The price was $thousands lower than any other option for hundreds of miles, even though the car is in spotless condition and still covered by the remainder of the original warranty. The sales rep who helped us was Derek Hurley, and he was very good to work with. The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 has to do with the offer we were given for an extended warranty package. We generally avoid extended warranties, but we were ready to get this one because we misunderstood and believed it included free oil changes at any of a large group of service centers, and this factor alone would pretty much earn back the cost of the extended warranty. However, just as we were in the process of signing on the dotted line for the warranty (with a different employee who handles payments), we learned that the free oil changes were only available if we brought the car to PortKia. Since we live more than 1 hour away, that's not a benefit for us. I don't think that there was anything underhanded about this, only that the first employee did not understand the details of warranty he was offering to us. So I'm holding back one star for that small lack of complete training. If they let us rate with 1/2 stars, we'd be up to 4.5 since a full -1 star seems a little harsh for what was an honest misunderstanding. More
