car was scheduled to have oil and filter changed rear tires has leaks need to be looked after, service was to pick up my car and leave a loaner on Fri last never happed said they didn't have a loaner ye tires has leaks need to be looked after, service was to pick up my car and leave a loaner on Fri last never happed said they didn't have a loaner yet, scheduled for Monday never happened, so Tues today I call four different times to get an up date no call backs no answer from anyone so now we will be into Weds hoping to get a reply or answer to what the problems are , need my car not just for banging around but for transportation to my radiation treatments everyday I have had to reschedule or miss therapy altogether,,,, so I have to say I am very low on their priority list, so I was thinking of buying a new car from them ,guess that's out, after all if they cant keep a schedule appointment tells me there service for my crucial things would get the same results,, so I will give them a one star only because the star system doesn't go lower More

Stopped into Portsmouth Car Center on Sunday and they were so busy but took the time to tell us to feel free to look around the cars were all unlocked. we walked around and found a couple of models that might work. Elijah gave us the keys and we test drove it. I loved the fact there was no pressure, no trying to upsell! It was late so we decided to "think about it". I called the next day and we got the perfect car, great upfront pricing, incredible warranty and excellent finance rate. I have never left a dealership feeling so good about the decisions and felt so appreciated. Highly recommend this place ask for Elijah Fox and Jake. More
