While vacationing in Fort Lauderdale coming from Toronto, my wife and I decided to drive up and take the kids to Disney/Legoland. While there we had a electronic throttle issue with the C300. I visited the service centre at 6:45am on Monday, July 2, Mr. Mike DeMeo was there at this time and gladly welcome me in prior to opening. Mike was very friendly and great to deal with. The car was taken into the shop within 10mins and Mike followed up immediately with the issue. He ordered the part and also offered me a car for the day so my family and I could still take the kids to Disney for the day. Mike was professional andhis service was expectional! Thanks Mike!!!! THIS WAS ONE OF THE FIRST DEALERSHIPS THAT THERE WAS NO PRESSURE ON BUYING A CAR.JOHN BLAIR MY SALESMAN WAS GREAT I TOLD HIM UP FRONT WHAT I WAS LOOKING AND WHAT I CAN AFFORD TO PAY AND HE DID WHAT HE COUL PRESSURE ON BUYING A CAR.JOHN BLAIR MY SALESMAN WAS GREAT I TOLD HIM UP FRONT WHAT I WAS LOOKING AND WHAT I CAN AFFORD TO PAY AND HE DID WHAT HE COULD TO SHOW ME WHAT HE HAD THAT COULD WORK WITH MY PRICE RANGE SO I DID BUY A 2010 TOYOTA YARIS AND JUST LOVE THE CAR.THIS WAS THE FIRST SALESMAN THAT WENT OUT HIS WAY TO MAKE IT BUYING A CAR FUN. THAN WENT ON TO FIANCE AND DEALT WIRH MARCOS AND HE WAS GREAT TO DEAL WITH TOOK THE TIME AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING SO THERE WAS NO HIDDEN COST THE ONY THING PAYMENT WENT UP A LITTLE BUT THAT WAS FOR THE GAP INSURANCE WHICH HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW IT WORKS. WOULD MORE THAN LIKELY BE BACK TO BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP WHEN MY WIFES CAR IS PAID OFF IN ANOTHER YEAR. This was my first car buying experience. After driving my last car for 175,000 miles, I was reluctant to let it go. Since I have never bought a new car I didn't know what to expect, all you hear from people last car for 175,000 miles, I was reluctant to let it go. Since I have never bought a new car I didn't know what to expect, all you hear from people is horror stories about buying a car. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and customer service from this dealership. I traded in my old car and bought a Dodge Journey. They made me feel like family, found what I was looking for, and treated me with respect. I would refer all my friends and family to this dealership. As well as use them again in the future. They took the time to show me all the ins and outs of how every aspect of my new car worked. This is old- fashioned, person to person, customer service.
