What followed has been an absolute nightmare of neglected mechanical issues, unfulfilled management promises, and unperformed safety recalls. * Pre-Existing Defects & Delays: Returned the van 48 hours after delivery due to major defects. Posner Park kept the vehicle in their service department for over two months, racking up over $5,133.50 in internal repairs (Invoice #C6CS631124) for leaking transaxle oil coolers, steering gears, tie rods, and front CV axles. * Unperformed Fire Recall: On January 20, 2026, their service department logged "no fix" for Safety Recall B3C (Engine Compartment Fire) and released the van to me with an active fire hazard. * On January 23, 2026, I met directly with the Store Manager to address being sold an unroadworthy vehicle. He explicitly committed to covering the initial repair costs. That promise was completely ignored. After minimal use, the engine failed completely. A teardown inspection at another Chrysler dealership (Workorder #409913) revealed severe, pre-existing engine sludge throughout the motor—a condition requiring tens of thousands of miles of prior neglect. Towed back to Posner Park on June 22, 2026, where it has sat abandoned on their lot while they demand $14,596.00 out-of-pocket from me to replace an engine that failed due to pre-existing damage. * Formal demand letters sent to General Manager Matt Greenhow and Business Manager Marcos Vargas with a deadline of September 11, 2026, were completely ignored. I am paying $572/month and commercial insurance for a commercial vehicle I cannot use, while Posner Park refuses to take accountability for selling an uninspected, defective truck. Formal complaints have now been filed with the Florida Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division (FDUTPA violations), FLHSMV Bureau of Dealer Services, and SFS Compliance.
