Took truck in for oil change. Wouldn’t say speedy Gonazales quick but also not Tim the turtle slow neither. Overall. Just your ordinary average wait time. I bought a deal of 3 oil changes a couple of years ago but changed my vehicle last September. I called on Tuesday to ask how many I had left and they told me one. I advised the guy that I had changed my vehicle and he took my vin and updated my profile and told me that it was ok use my last oil change on my new vehicle. When I arrived for my appointment I was told by the check-in guy that the package was not transferrable and I would have to pay over $90 for the oil/filter change. I asked to speak to a supervisor for an explanation as I was never told that when I bought the package and had also confirmed that it was ok to use this when I made my appointment. He eventually found the service manager, Eddie Kent who was totally arrogant and unhelpful. He said that I would have to pay again or go elsewhere. I had taken the morning off so didn't want to waste more time so I told them to go ahead. When I later went to pick up my car I heard another check in guy tell someone that they only worked on commission....go figure. I will never go there again. I feel like I have been conned so beware when you buy these packages. (I would give 0 stars if I could) More
Went to the dealership for a engine light on the dash. After waiting two hours I was told they were having trouble and needed more time. I then said I couldn’t wait so they gave me a loaner car. When I called the next day I was told they couldn’t get at it until Monday or Tuesday at the earliest. I need to clarify I drive a 2020 Pacifica hybrid. I also was set to return home to Wisconsin on Monday. I told them I needed my car so it never was repaired and they wanted to charge for the loaner. This should not have happened in the first place. If they didn’t have the proper personal to do the work they should have not taken the car in. I purchased the vehicle there however its quite unlikely I will do any further business with them. More
Poor customer service, poor management, weak finance department that only cares if you buy all the extra nonsense. They tell me nope sorry still waiting to be seen. Then they tell me you need to leave it, which is ok I just need a loaner to get back and forth to work. NOPE ! sorry can’t help you all out of loaners, ok how about a rental from a local place. NOPE! We don’t do that! Their response take more time off work to not be seen and the vehicle still not be fixed. Don’t buy here, don’t do service here, even if it’s your dream car just wait and find it else where. More

At 230 I had to go look for someone to find out about my car which the man stated it’ll be done in 20 minutes. 330 rolls around and the guy that checked me in stated they had to keep it for 2 more hours due to a special part needing to be picked up from another dealership. I asked if I could bring the car back for this to be completed he said no. I asked for a loaner vehicle was also told no they didn’t have any. I was also told I lived too far for the shuttle. finally at 545 I was free to go. From 1230-545.. Needless to say I spent my day there. My car isn’t even 2 years old but next time I’ll turn the radio up a little louder to drown out the noise it’s making just so I don’t have to go back to this place. More
