Worst communication imaginable. I took off work to have Tundra serviced; upon arrival they said they did not have the parts and told me to call service adviser in 10 days to resched I took off work to have Tundra serviced; upon arrival they said they did not have the parts and told me to call service adviser in 10 days to reschedule. Service Adviser never returned my call. They promised a loaner for full day service and when I called again, they said I would need to wait for loaner dept to call me. Never happened. Called the Service Manager for explanation of how things work. I was told they would send and urgent message for a callback. He never called. They do not understand or care about service. Worst experience in more than 40 years dealing with dealerships. More
Took my 2023 Highlander in because the tint on the driver and passenger front windows was too dark. Richard did a fantastic job of getting me in an out fast. Super appreciate Richard. Worst service I have ever had the service manager told me I need spark plugs and tech would have to remove the plenum because it covers the plugs. And the water pump was leaking lucky for me the water pump i I need spark plugs and tech would have to remove the plenum because it covers the plugs. And the water pump was leaking lucky for me the water pump is under warranty. When my car was ready for pickup I decided to look under the hook I pulled the cover off top of the head. Wow my car was not manufactured with a plenum. I could see all four spark plugs and they charged me for two hours labor to change four spark plugs for a total of 379.98 if I had known there was no plenum blocking the plugs I could have changed them in less than one hour. They don't deserve the one star I gave them.There is more but I will stop for now. I will never going back there. I traded the car off I don't won't any thing that came from there. More
Worst service I have ever dealt with in my ENTIRE LIFE! I purchased EVERY warranty offered and EVERY time I come to get an oil change it takes 4+ hours (and yes I SET AN APPOINTMENT EVERY TIME)! I watch my car go up and down 3 times, each time the service advisor walks around for 30 minutes laughing with his friends. I call the front desk and am sent to several voicemails to leave a message. Call back and KELSEY yells out how she doesn’t want to deal with me any longer. I text and call the advisor NO response. 4 HOURS of waiting in their wait area for my PREPAID oil changes. Even longer when I had to use my Tire Warranty (purchased from Toyota) NEVER WILL EVER GO BACK! More

I made an appointment for a simple oil change. Upon leaving my truck I was given a number to text with questions and a number to call. After two hours I texted the provided number twice with no reply. I then called the number provided and it was the wrong location for service. Another man there had made an appointment for an oil change and had been waiting three hours. I walked over to the service area to retrieve my truck and left. I don’t see why making an appointment is necessary if it’s going to take over three hours. I came to this location because this is where I purchased my truck and had free oil changes. My time is worth more than a free oil change that takes this long. I will not be returning. More
I would not recommend using the service drive at post oak. Its similar to most dealerships in terms of ethics. They have very little. Find a certified mechanic and pay him to fix your car. Be very weary of Recall "repairs", it is an excellent opportunity for the service drive to sock it to you on other repairs. We took our vehicle for a Recall repair and the tech working on our vehicle did a poor job and caused additional damage to components. When we discovered the damage (the same day we picked it up), we took the vehicle back and the quoted us a bill of about $1900. Dishonest, No integrity. Incompetent. Save yourself the headache. Find somewhere else to do business. More
Mark in service today was fantastic. I was in for part recall which was repaired in half the time I expected. Mark also went over service needs for my Corolla, explaining which were most important. No pressure and sent me with the info and price and order of need for repairs. I definitely made the best decision coming to Midwest City. I bypassed an Edmond dealer because of the great reviews Post Oak had. Thanks! I will use this service department again. More
