I wasn't due for my oil change for 2K miles but I decided to anyway. When I got there for my 8am appointment at 745 they were swamped. You couldn't tell it by Mark, cool and pleasant. The driver, who I forgot his name was about to leave, asked if i needed a ride, when i said yes he jumped into action and took me to Mark so they could get me signed up. Then we started our drive. Your driver was the best ever, read traffic excellently, I was a driving instructor at Dowell/Schlumberjer international training center in Kellyville, he knows his way around the city and never once did anything to make me feel unsafe. To top it off he held a good conversation and talked about how much he liked working for Post Oak. Excellent represenitive of your business. When it was close for my truck to be done I was picked up and got there as they were completing my work. The billing department got me in and out so quickly and easily that I forgot my big jug and daytimer. I dove off and realized what had happened. When i got back and stepped in the room the lady that had checked me out saw me and went to the back to pick it up and give to me. Thankfully she had moved it so somebody didn't decide to walk away with it. Thank you for an excellent day and the chance to ineract with excellent people. More
If anyone is looking for a car or a service facility DO NOT use POST OAK TOYOTA MIDWEST CITY. After our daughter had the camry towed to Post Oak from breaking the key in the ignition. I get a text from Z NOT use POST OAK TOYOTA MIDWEST CITY. After our daughter had the camry towed to Post Oak from breaking the key in the ignition. I get a text from Zach Johnson saying we have your car click the link for your estimate. I see Ignition Key $396.89 Oil Change $59.95 Cabin Air Filter $44.95 Engine Air Filter $32.95 Axle-$486.71 I call and ask what is wrong with the axle?......The key broke in the ignition? He said this is what we found, we have thorough diagnostics....blah blah blah Little did he realize Josh has a warranty on the axle from the dealership right next door at Hudiberg. So fix everything EXCEPT the axle until we make sure they will honor the warranty. After 2 months, of NUMEROUS texts and calls between Zach in service, he referred me to Morgan Iowke, his manager. I get a text from Morgan Iowke today, to call him. He says I have a deal for you. I went ahead and knocked off the cost of the Axle, sorry for all the confusion. Your total is $1,324.04. WAIT......it's WHAT? Should it be closer to the $500's? He began to tell me when I told his mechanic via text" to do everything except the axle" that it meant all the above plus...... Collant Flush $184.12 Transmission Flush $249.95 Front Brake Pads/Rotors $199.95 Bulb for License Plate $26.70 My Response: So after a 2 month hold out you finaly agree to honor the warranty on the parts. In return I owe you an additional $660.76...meaning on top of $464.79 , because you think you can take my words out of context? You really think everything except, means you can add whatever you want? Morgan Iowke, Service Manage of Post Oak Toyota-MidWest City informs me I have to -Pay up -Get an attorney & proceeds to tell me..."if that's the case this conversations ended" -Forfit the car to the dealership...... Josh hops in the car and drives to Midwest City and gets there 10 minutes before closing thinking if I am reasonable Morgan Iowke will be reasonable and Josh explains he has never been contacted on any of this. The Dealer even wrote the estimate in Josh's name but has never contacted him? This has been unethical and at this point illegal. But he agreed to paying for the brakes and bulb, because safety is important but the flushes are a no go..... Mr Morgan informed him he now owes $1670 and our 2011 Camry with 1/4 million miles on it is being locked in their facility until we pay Juice Money....... This is for real folks, this guy is for real. More

They didn't have a tool for the rims which leads me to wonder how they supposedly replaced that tire previously. Huh More

My 2016 Toy Sienna LE power exterior mirrors quit working. I scheduled service at Post Oak for 7AM December 17th, 2020. They fixed the vehicle and performed an inspection and gave me the results. I waited for the repair and was checked out and leaving at 9:05 AM. The visit cost me $101.72. The people I dealt with were friendly and professional. THE REST OF THE STORY: I had researched the cause of the problem on Google and YouTube. The very fist thing to check was the fuse. On the fusebox covers under the hood and under the dash there was one mention of mirror. However, no fuse was in that slot in the under the hood fusebox. I drove up to Post Oak Toyota in Midwest City where I bought the vehicle in April of 2018 on Tuesday, December 16th, 2020. I spoke to a very nice gentleman working the front of the service department and inquired as to the location of the fuse for the power mirrors. He did not know the location of the fuse but went into Google to try to determine its location. The two results he came up with could not be correct because those fuses also affected other systems that were operating normally. He recommended I schedule a service appointment to have the problem diagnosed which I did per the information above. After the diagnosis it was, in fact, a 10 AMP fuse in the under dash fusebox labeled ACU/ECU. That fuse has a cost of $1 +/-. They also inspected the car and advised that i should have the front brakes replaced at an estimated price of $400.00. I declined but thanked them for the information. The actual service technician who worked on the car also noticed my spare tire was installed improperly and corrected that. He also showed me the actual location of the fuse upon my request. When I asked how he knew that was the fuse he advised that he had looked it up on his system. HINDSIGHT: I spent an hour driving to the dealership to ask for the fuse location. I spent another three hours returning there the next day to make my service appointment and received the service and returning home. 1. Why did the dealership where I purchased the car not tell me the fuse location? That is the first step in troubleshooting this repair. 2. During the 2 hour stay at the dealership I inquired as to why the repair was taking so long and was told by the service manager that it was a fuse but it kept burning out when replaced. This turned out not to be the case. Yes, they did an inspection of other potential repairs and caught the mis installed spare tire. I did not ask for that service. 3. The service technician determined the location of the fuse initially. I already had the under the dash fusebox cover removed. I can only assume this process took at most 10 minutes. Why was I made to wait 2 hours? FUTURE ACTION: 1. Be thankful it is finally fixed. 2. Avoid going to this dealership for any repairs unless it is a last resort. 3. If possible, talk to an actual service technician when trying to locate a fuse. More
I drove 1300 miles to visit my daughter and started having a bad smell in the car like a burning belt. Found this dealership for service, and pulled in with no appointment available, an hour before close and a bit frantic. Juston took the time to make sure our Highlander was thoroughly checked for basically no charge. They even pumped up a low tire, for which the light had been on but wasn’t the issue. I was able to resume my visit and feel confident for the long drive back. Juston cared, and it made OKC feel like home away from home. More

After picking my car up from being serviced, while driving d Dropped my 2001 Camry off over Memorial Day weekend because my check engine light was on. After picking my car up from being serviced, while driving down the Interstate, I heard unusual and loud noises coming from under the hood, I pulled over and opened the hood of my car to find the radiator cap, battery cable covers, over flow canister cap and a hose disconnected. This could have been a potentially dangerous and deadly situation. I called Post Oak Toyota to voice my concern and was transferred to the service managers voice mail. A day later I received a voice mail from someone, don't know who called or what was said because voice mail was so garbled and distorted I did not understand a word spoken. The only clear part of the message was the phone number. So to Post Oak Toyota service department, to you I might have an old car and I might be an old lady, but I have a voice, it is loud and I know how to use it. Should I be asked about the service I received from Post Oak Toyota, my words will be truthful but believe me they will not be kind. More
