He should have been professional and should have followed up on the outstanding issues that I brought to his attention. He did not arrange for the XM radio to be activated. It took several calls and text messages to him, and 12 days after I had the car to eventually have the radio working. The refund of the deposit to my credit card was probably the most egregious. It took twenty two days to get the refund, and only because I sought someone else's assistance. Needless to say that the inconvenience had a cost toit. More
