Vinnie treated me horribly. My 2023 Nissan Leaf will no longer hold a charge at only 28000 miles. I was stranded and desperately needed help and or a charge of the battery. V My 2023 Nissan Leaf will no longer hold a charge at only 28000 miles. I was stranded and desperately needed help and or a charge of the battery. Vinnie offered neither. He told me to go to Chipotle to charge my battery. Chipotle? I didn’t buy this car from Chipotle. I bought it from Poughkeepsie Nissan and I expected help from them. Vinnie just turned me away with tears in my eyes. Now Nissan is refusing to honor their warranty. The warranty is for 100,000 miles or the year 2026. This 2023 Nissan Leaf has 28,000 miles on it and it will not hold a charge of the battery. The battery used to give 150 miles per charge. Now it only gives 60 miles per charge and Nissan of North America is saying “too bad”. I have to keep paying a car note on a car that is now useless. Don’t buy a Nissan Leaf and if you do, don’t expect Vinnie at Poughkeepsie’s Nissan to be helpful. More

AMAZING! !!!!!About a week ago, I called Poughkeepsie, Nissan spoke to Mike Wirth about getting me out of my 2023 Nissan Sentra. When I spoke to him, I told hi !!!!!About a week ago, I called Poughkeepsie, Nissan spoke to Mike Wirth about getting me out of my 2023 Nissan Sentra. When I spoke to him, I told him that I I want it to get out of this car, but I had so much negative equity on the car. After speaking to him and telling him my situation, he says that he will get a hold of me the day after Christmas, which he did we were talking about different cars, different rebates and I just do what you think you can do for me to help me, and I thought it was impossible to be done. Saturday morning I get a phone call from Mike saying that I got approved for a 2026 Nissan rogue the top of the line and I’m like how much money do I have to put down I hardly had to put down very little money and when I say very little, it was very little. Out of the $17,000 negative equity I was in he was able to get me out of it with all the rebates and him going out of his way talking to Nissan Credit that my negative equity turn from $17,000 down to a few thousand dollars.. my credit score is not the best but because I had a good relationship with Nissan before was never late on any of my payments. They approved my loan without a cosigner.. I am so amazed by this so happy so grateful that Mike and Cassandra, who is a finance manager they both had me in my brand new car yesterday and out of my old car. I still can’t believe it and I want to thank Michael and Cassandra for helping me. When ever I called he would always return my phone calls. There were no hiding costs. They explain everything to me instead of being in a seven year loan. I’m in a 5 1/2 year loan. My payment is higher, but that’s OK., it’s well worth it. So if anybody ever wants a car new or use, please contact Poughkeepsie, Nissan ask for Mike.Wirth he’ll be able to help you. We had this deal done in four days.
