Within 24 hours of driving off the lot in the rain, both headlight assemblies suffered significant water intrusion, resulting in heavy pooling and water droplet accumulation inside the housings. This is not minor atmospheric fog—it is standing water that risks blowing out the electronic ballasts underneath and fails state safety inspection standards.I documented and reported this defect to the dealership immediately upon delivery. When escalated to management (Tom), the dealership completely washed their hands of the issue and refused to offer any remedy, repair, or assistance. They are eager to make the sale, but once you sign the paperwork, they refuse to stand behind obvious safety and equipment defects present at delivery. If you are shopping here, especially as an out-of-state buyer, inspect every single component thoroughly because management will not help you once you drive off the lot. More

Very disappointed with Poughkeepsie Nissan. I bought 4 vehicles from this dealership, but after this experience, never again. My A/C was blowing warm air. They charged me $485 and then recom I bought 4 vehicles from this dealership, but after this experience, never again. My A/C was blowing warm air. They charged me $485 and then recommended nearly $4,500 in repairs, including an EGR valve and cooler, which are not part of fixing the A/C problem. I got a second opinion, and another mechanic found the actual problem was the A/C compressor. After replacing it, my A/C works perfectly. They also refused to properly resolve my concerns. I feel I was seriously overcharged and misled. I do not recommend this dealership. I’m attaching both invoices as proof. More
