own a 2023 honda. When I purchased this car, there was an issue with the bumper. After confirming with the bodyshop, I was waiting for the manager to call me and set up When I purchased this car, there was an issue with the bumper. After confirming with the bodyshop, I was waiting for the manager to call me and set up an appoimtment which never happened. In another situation, I took my car for an issue with the AC. I was told that I have pay $219 for the diagnostic! My car is still under warranty. Why do I have pay for an issue with a brand new car?! If I want to buy a new car again, I will go with toyota or hyundai. I have had way better experiences with the customer service and warranty services. More
