Mickey Perez greeted my family and I with a warm hello and smile then he showed us the 2 vehicles we were interested in. My wife picked the color and we decided on the CRV Hybrid Sport. The very next day Mickey came in on his day off to finish the paperwork process. Ryan offered us a 10 year extended warranty for a good price that we excepted. Mickey showed me how to use the car with all its features. Then Mickey walked me over to the parts department where we purchased all weather mats and cargo liner. My wife loves her new car so do our children Bella and MJ. I drove the car to work tonight and it was raining and wet when I left work, the heated seats warmed me up and headlights our amazing they light up 180 degrees of the road. We are extremely happy and satisfied with our purchase. Thank you Mickey for taking great care of us throughout the process. Mickey deserves a raise! More

Today, I took my car to Poway Honda to be serviced. I have two outstanding service advisors at Poway Honda: Marco Ramirez and Al Rodriguez. They are both the best service advisors that one can have. I have been so lucky to deal with both of them for many years and they have always exceeded my expectations and have done a wonderful job every time. Al and Marco always go the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. It is truly a blessing to have such great service advisors and an excellent service department at Poway Honda. As expected today, Al and technical staff at Poway Honda service department were excellent in servicing my Honda Accord. I had made an appointment and when I got there, he greeted me within minutes. As always, he was extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and trust worthy. It is always a pleasure to see and chat with him about the car service needs and other things. So pleasant and friendly! I waited over there and it only took about an hour for the service to be completed including a complementary multi-point inspection. Al texted me when the service was completed, reviewed the bill with me and also checked me out, very efficiently. Al was truly OUTSTANDING! Thank you very much Al. I also have to mention that the waiting area is clean and comfortable, and drinking water and gourmet coffee are available. There is also a popcorn machine so you can help yourself with warm popcorn as well while waiting. Free car wash is also available, but today they were upgrading the car wash system so I will get one next time. All service advisors and staff are nice, friendly and professional at Poway Honda. I had a chance to say hi to my other good friends at Poway Honda, Joseph in the service department and Gary in the sales department. I Highly recommend Poway Honda service department and dealership to others. Thanks again to Al and all Poway Honda service department staff.
