This dealership practices very shady tactics. One thing they did to me was something known as “yo-yo financing”, where they guarantee you a certain APR% but then later on, after selling you the c One thing they did to me was something known as “yo-yo financing”, where they guarantee you a certain APR% but then later on, after selling you the car, they go back on their word and say you need to pay a new increased APR% because they couldn’t sell your contract to a credit / financing institution. They try to blame it on you and say something must have changed with your credit, when really they just wanted to jump the gun to beat whatever your banks auto loan % is. They never had the “guaranteed” APR % like they said they did. Luckily for me, the finance manager had a huge rock in his head and let me leave with a binding contract with my original APR%, which my lawyer informed me they screwed up by doing and couldn’t do anything about it, even after harassing me with phone calls for weeks asking for the car back or to sign a new contract. Overall very shady and unreliable/unprofessional people. More
