This dealership practices very shady tactics. One thing they did to me was something known as “yo-yo financing”, where they guarantee you a certain APR% but then later on, after selling you the c One thing they did to me was something known as “yo-yo financing”, where they guarantee you a certain APR% but then later on, after selling you the car, they go back on their word and say you need to pay a new increased APR% because they couldn’t sell your contract to a credit / financing institution. They try to blame it on you and say something must have changed with your credit, when really they just wanted to jump the gun to beat whatever your banks auto loan % is. They never had the “guaranteed” APR % like they said they did. Luckily for me, the finance manager had a huge rock in his head and let me leave with a binding contract with my original APR%, which my lawyer informed me they screwed up by doing and couldn’t do anything about it, even after harassing me with phone calls for weeks asking for the car back or to sign a new contract. Overall very shady and unreliable/unprofessional people. More

Yesterday, I took my car to Poway Honda to be serviced. It was really great to see Marco again. I had made an appointment and when I got there, Marco greeted me within minutes. He is always extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and trust worthy. It is always a pleasure to see and chat with him about the car service needs and other things. So pleasant and friendly! Marco always goes the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. Marco, is truly OUTSTANDING! I waited over there and it took about an hour for the service to be completed including a complementary multi-point inspection and a car wash. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and drinking water bottles and gourmet coffee are available. They also provide some good snacks. There is a popcorn machine so you can help yourself with warm popcorn as well while waiting. I had a chance to say hi to Al (my other great Service Advisor). Many thanks to Marco and Al for sharing their guacamole recipe with me! I missed Gary in the Sales Department to say hi since he was out.
