I was able to negotiate before setting foot in the dealership. All numbers provided were the numbers on the final financial sheet. No lies or oopsies. I had a very good experience buying my new Honda. However, when I went back the next week to have a feature added, the situation was quite different. I had been told the service would take about 60 However, when I went back the next week to have a feature added, the situation was quite different. I had been told the service would take about 60-90 minutes. It took four and a half hours even though I had an appointment. I was told that the reason was that they were very busy and backed up. I was also told that this is not uncommon. That is not satisfactory and I sincerely hope Honda will take steps to do much better in the future. On the plus side, the service person I dealt with was polite and did explain that there would be an extended delay when I arrived and the work itself was satisfactory. More
